Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist, at Santa Cruz Dental Group we are proud to offer personalized services through our front office and receptionist desk. Please call (831) 426-3535 with any scheduling inquiries. If, for any reason you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
Our office works with a variety of different insurance providers. We ask that you provide a current insurance card, if available, at your first appointment. This will enable our staff to estimate dental benefits available to you.
As a courtesy, Santa Cruz Dental Group will bill your insurance provider directly. We will make every attempt to collect payment from your provider, however payment for services is ultimately your responsibility and will be due at the time of service. On request, we are happy to provide an out of pocket estimate for treatment. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate.
