Richard Robinson, DDS

Richard Robinson, DDS grew up in Scotts Valley and attended Brook Knoll School, Scotts Valley Middle School and Harbor High School. He received a B.S. in Biochemistry from UCLA and continued on to USC School of Dentistry.

After practicing in southern California for six years, Dr. Robinson brought his family back to Santa Cruz and joined the Santa Cruz Dental Group. For the past 12 years his family oriented practice treats both children and adults, providing diagnosis of dental disease, restoration of decayed teeth and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Robinson is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Monterey Bay Dental Society and consultant for Delta Dental of California.

In his leisure time he enjoys spending time with his four children, jogging, swimming bike riding and playing the saxophone and clarinet.

Jonathon Wagner, DDS

Dr. Wagner was born in Daly City, California and grew up on the Peninsula in Burlingame and San Mateo. He went to Burlingame High School and then attended college at UCLA where he studied Psychology and Biology. Dental school brought him back to Northern California and his dental studies were completed at University of the Pacific’s school of Dentistry in downtown San Francisco.

Honesty and integrity are the backbone of Dr. Wagner’s dental philosophy along with treating patients in a timely and efficient manner. He firmly believes in customer service and treating each patient according to their individual needs.

Dr Wagner’s general dental practice is centered on comprehensive treatment modalities, with some of the most advanced technology. He enjoys serving all patients from children to adults. Whatever your dental needs or desires are, he is more than happy to help.

Weekends and holidays are spent enjoying his family. He has two young children (a boy and a girl), and a wonderfully supportive wife whom he met while attending school at UCLA. Dr. Wagners’s hobbies and interest include food, wine, travel, camping, hiking, scuba diving, blues and jazz music, and playing guitar.

Max Wilson, DDS

Max Wilson, DDS, grew up 30 minutes south of Sacramento on grape vineyards consisting of Tokay and Zinfandel grapes. He went to the University of the Pacific in Stockton then continued on to the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. The people and weather have been so enjoyable on the coast he just couldn’t bring himself to go back to the scorching sun in the central valley. His last 4 years have been spent working for a great dentist in Redwood City.

Growing up as a hard working country boy taught Dr. Wilson the hard work and simple values that help him build close relationships with patients. Dr. Wilson has a great respect for the patient and tries to make every visit comfortable. He puts a high value on treating each person with the respect and time necessary to get your smile just the way you want it. He loves to answer questions and talk dentistry so call or email anytime.

In between the great times he spends with patients he can be seen enjoying the great outdoors. Some of his favorite activities include rock climbing, mountain biking, triathlons, surfing at Cowell’s and taking his dog to the beach for some fun in the sun.
